In nearly 28 years of courtroom experience, Greg has tried cases of all types and sizes – from two-week jury trials to modest one-day bench trials.  Greg has represented many Plaintiffs and Defendants in Construction Law, Contract, Real Property, and related matters.   Greg has successfully represented many subcontractors, materialmen, and vendors in mechanic’s lien and or primary contractor disputes.

In addition to the practice law in the areas of corporate, construction, small business start-up, commercial real estate, residential real estate development, and related litigation, Greg is a qualified neutral, having completed the requisite training and registered as a Rule 114 Qualified Neutral.   Greg also has experience in binding arbitration proceedings and process.
